What is the tenancy process?

We have a very simple application procedure for tenants to follow...

• Once you have found a suitable property, you will be required to put down an Agency Fee to start you tenancy application
• The next step is to fill out the application form and tenant referencing forms so that your application can be submitted to the landlord for approval
• Once agreed your reference forms will be submitted to an independent referencing company who will obtain references from your current employers, landlord/letting agent along with a credit check. This normally takes 2/3 days. You will also need to provide us with your I.D and current utility bill or bank statement
• Upon completion of the references you will be required to pay the 1st months' rent (5 days after the initial application). On the start date of your tenancy you will be required to pay the outstanding balance, sign the tenancy agreements and collect keys for your new home
